Because my philosophy is holistic, I am trained in a number of cognitive/behavioral approaches. I believe that Individuals and couples can learn how faulty thinking with subsequent emotions do not allow them to be well. They can re-frame their thoughts, and they can replace these thoughts with constructive understanding, which, in turn, facilitates the healing process.
My Professional Services: I provide Individual, Marriage, and Family Therapy using primarily a Jungian approach; Psychological Assessments; Adolescent Advocacy; Grief & Trauma Work; Career and Emotional Stress Management; Conflict Resolution.
My Mission: The Jungian approach is integrative. I would like us to work together to unmask your potential for a life you can celebrate. My therapy is confidential; it is designed to address your individual concerns, and for you to come to a greater understanding of yourself. It involves a private, therapeutic relationship with the desire and willingness to work for accomplishing your goals.[/vc_column_text]
